What We Do

We began in 2019 feeding homeless people in the West Midlands with food parcels. Today, as a registered charity, we reach thousands across the UK.

🛒

Surplus Food Redistribution

We collect good quality surplus food from supermarkets, farms and manufacturers — food that would otherwise go to landfill — and redistribute it to those who need it most.

📦

Food Parcels

We supply food parcels direct to individuals and families experiencing food poverty, including fresh fruit and vegetables to promote healthy eating.

🤝

Community Partnerships

We partner with homeless shelters, school breakfast clubs, elderly lunch clubs and community cafés — supporting nearly 8,000 frontline organisations across the UK.

🌱

No One Left Behind

We welcome anyone who reaches out regardless of beliefs, ethnicity or background. We believe everyone has the right to eat and nobody should choose between eating or paying bills.

Our Purpose

"Our purpose is to help individuals and families who are struggling with daily living costs and are experiencing food poverty due to the cost of living crisis."

Feed the Nation has been a self-funding charity for a number of years. Now registered, we depend on donations from people like you to keep our organisation going and reach as many people as possible.

Supporting Our Community

FEED THE NATION — Together we make a difference, one meal at a time.

Feed the Nation was founded in 2019, initially supporting people experiencing homelessness across the West Midlands by providing food parcels and essential supplies.

Today, we collect high-quality surplus food from across the UK food industry and redistribute it to those in need — providing up to 1,000–2,000 meals each week to vulnerable individuals and families.

We collect surplus food to reduce waste and support our communities. Your donations help sustain our operations and keep our vehicles running.

Thank you for your continued support — it truly makes a difference.
